Spike-End

Best option is to have some long and some short end spikes, we find the long end spike with one spike works really well to keep vegetables in place.

  • Short end spike – these are best for roast meats, whole chicken and souvla style meat
  • Long end spike (single) – these are best for keeping lamb chops from moving on the skewer, cubes of steak and for vegetables such as peppers and onions
